Little Copenhagen Ltd. is an internet store located in 3065 Bolligen, Switzerland. Little Copenhagen Ltd. sells women’s clothes, shoes, jewelry and accessories from top Danish designers.
OFFERING
All articles on Little Copenhagen Ltd. are subject to change and non-binding. The offer is valid only if the item is still in stock. If this is not the case, the customer will be informed immediately by e-mail and the payment, if already made, will be refunded. Replacement of an item cannot be guaranteed. The presentation of the items (e.g. color) may differ minimally from the original item due to screen settings
PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in CHF. The prices are inclusive of VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice and errors excepted. Payment for the goods is made via Twint, Paypal or credit card, as well as on account.
PURCHASE ON ACCOUNT WITH INSTALLMENT FACILITY (POWERPAY)
MF Group/POWERPAY offers the payment method “purchase on account” as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice you can easily pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in arrears the following month. When the purchase contract is concluded, POWERPAY takes over the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept in addition to our terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of POWERPAY (powerpay.ch/en/agb).
ORDER
The customer can place his order in the Internet store immediately and receives a confirmation by e-mail after the order is placed. Any status changes will be communicated to the customer by e-mail. Orders and deliveries are only possible within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
CONTRACT
By submitting the order to Little Copenhagen Ltd. and receiving the confirmation email, a legally valid purchase contract between the customer and Little Copenhagen Ltd. is created. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges these GTC. Little Copenhagen Ltd. reserves the right to change the GTC at any time.
DELIVERY
Little Copenhagen Ltd. will ship the order immediately after receiving the payment. Delivery times vary between 2 – 4 business days depending on the selected delivery method (PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority). For orders up to CHF100.00 the shipping costs are CHF 5.50 (PostPac Economy) or CHF 7.50 (PostPac Priority). From an order value over CHF 100.00 the packages are sent with B-Post postage free. Little Copenhagen Ltd. reserves the right to deliver items at a later date during vacation periods or in special cases. Little Copenhagen Ltd. does not assume liability in case of non-delivery or late delivery due to absence of the recipient, wrongly declared delivery address, problems with the delivery service or events caused by force majeure.
RIGHT OF RETURN
At Little Copenhagen Ltd. items can be returned unused and in original packaging within 10 days. The period begins with receipt of the goods and timely dispatch is sufficient to meet the deadline. The goods must be in original packaging and in perfect condition, without traces of use or damage. The customer is asked to try the items with the utmost care, so that there are no traces of use. Worn, soiled, damaged or bad smelling items cannot be returned. Excluded from the right of return are jewelry, hair accessories and cosmetics / care products – including all products from Therapy17 – as well as items that were procured on behalf of a customer. For returns resulting in a purchase of less than CHF100, the delivery costs previously incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded. The customer bears the costs and the risk for the return. In the case of a refund, the customer can choose between a voucher or a refund on the means of payment used. Super Sale items are excluded from return policy.
WARRANTY
Upon arrival of the order, the customer is obliged to immediately check the goods for defects/correctness and intactness. In case of objections, the customer must report the material defects by e-mail within 3 working days after delivery at the latest. Otherwise, the warranty of the defects shall not apply.
DATA PROTECTION
All customer data is used to process an order and payment history. All payment and customer data is securely encrypted via Secure Socket Layer and transmitted to Little Copenhagen Ltd.. This data is used exclusively for communication between the customer and LITTLE COPENHAGEN (marketing offers, orders, products and services). LITTLE COPENHAGEN guarantees that the data will be handled with absolute confidentiality. They will not be sold or forwarded to third parties.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Little Copenhagen Ltd. is registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Bern. Swiss law shall apply and the courts of the Canton of Bern shall have jurisdiction.
